What You Can Look Forward To
- Fachexperte im Bereich des Digitalen Service Sales zur Unterstützung bei der Neugeschäftsgenerierung und der Schaffung eines exzellenten digitalen Kundenerlebnisses.
- Kundenzentrierte und KPI-basierte Konzeption (inkl. fachlicher Vorgaben), Umsetzungsbegleitung (inkl. fachlicher Abnahme) und Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Services, insb. im Bereich Sales (u.a. Tarifrechnern).
- Übersetzung von Business Anforderungen (aus Kunden- und UX-Sicht in relevante Maßnahmen und Features) in konkrete fachliche und technische Anforderungen/Vorgaben.
- Übernahme von Aufgaben an der Schnittstelle sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit konzern-internen Abteilungen und dem Business Lead Sales.
- Arbeiten in agilen interdisziplinären Teams zur Erstellung digitaler Services und Features.
- Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung der Vorhabenplanung auf Seiten der HUK24.
Your Profile
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsinformatik und Vertiefung in Marketing/CRM oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von digitalen Geschäftsmodellen und fundierte Kenntnisse von Online Marketing-/Vertriebsprozessen inkl. E-Commerce.
- Fähigkeit zur Übersetzung von Konzepten/Kundenerwartungen in konkrete fachliche Vorgaben für die technische Umsetzung.
- Ausgeprägtes KPI-/Performance-Know-How sowie UX/UI-Kenntnisse innerhalb digitaler Geschäftsmodelle.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement und Arbeitsweisen in interdisziplinären Teams (idealerweise in der digitalen Produkt-/Feature-Entwicklung).
- Ausgeprägtes kundenzentriertes Denken, hohe Eigeninitiative und Innovationsbereitschaft.
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, sachorientiertes Argumentationsverhalten sowie Verhandlungsgeschick.
