About the Role
The Senior Director of Client Partnership is a dedicated and driven leader, providing both strategic and tactical guidance across multi-million dollar engagements. This role requires staying current with daily project activities and identifying client business needs. You will collaborate with clients and various Huge teams to understand, define, and build effective, innovative solutions that generate measurable results. As a Senior Director of Client Partnership, you anticipate client and internal team needs, effectively communicating perspectives, concerns, and requirements between both sides. This position demands strong leadership, communication, and mentorship.
Client Services at Huge
Client Partnership is central to all aspects of the client relationship, encompassing relationship health, financials, work product quality, and team motivation. This role is an equal mix of being a client’s strategic partner, a Huge business operator, and an internal team champion. Your mission is to drive client success through exceptional, user-centric work.
What We’d Like To See
- Expert experience leading large-scale marketing and cross-platform experience (web and mobile app) engagements within a design or innovation agency environment.
- Experience in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top-tier consulting firms or interactive agencies (including web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting projects).
- An ability to manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements with multiple project tracks and teams, requiring a sharp mind, good memory, and attention to detail.
- Comfort interacting with clients of all levels and industry backgrounds, from CEO to administrative support staff, intuitively facilitating the relationship between Huge and clients.
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and the design lifecycle, demonstrating knowledge of current and potential work offerings.
- An ability to manage and set client expectations, combining client needs with Huge's capabilities to produce stunning work.
