Hue is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead client onboarding and technical integrations for its innovative B2B SaaS e-commerce platform. This role is key in managing timelines, integrating technical setups, and ensuring customer satisfaction from kickoff through launch and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding: Partner with CSMs for technical setup and successful launch.
  • Implementation: Configure, test, and troubleshoot platform setups independently.
  • Project Management: Maintain and manage the Launch Tracker, flag risks, and drive accountability.
  • Client Support: Act as go-to resource for client inquiries during onboarding.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline onboarding and support workflows using AI tools.
  • Product Education & Feedback: Create educational resources and relay client feedback to product teams.
