How You’ll Make an Impact

You will help customers turn houses into homes by exceeding monthly sales goals, guiding guests through financing options, maintaining a safe and welcoming store environment, and utilizing CRM tools for ongoing customer support. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required and occasional local travel for training will be part of the role. A minimum of 2 years retail sales experience is preferred along with basic computer skills.
