We’re looking for a Technical Lead II to join the Omnichannel Product Group. Our mission is to empower front-office teams to accelerate deal closures, resolve customer issues proactively, and personalize interactions through an AI-first omnichannel platform.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives at the intersection of infrastructure, API integration, and business impact. You will drive the scaling of our voice platform supporting thousands of reps and millions of conversations, while incorporating AI to enhance communication experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide autonomous engineering teams with a player/coach mindset.
• Define and articulate long-term technical vision and strategy.
• Solve complex technical challenges and assess tradeoffs.
• Build reliable, scalable, and configurable systems.
• Leverage and integrate multiple communication channels.

Technical Environment

Compensation & Benefits
