Job Summary

The Senior Sales Strategy Analyst is responsible for launching, operationalizing, and strategizing sales models at HubSpot. This role drives scalable infrastructure and data-driven decision-making across global markets, with a focus on the AMER region and upmarket leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, measure, and communicate success metrics for sales models.
  • Develop and analyze sales motions and processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, technical, and product operations.
  • Build relationships with sales partners and present strategies to C-suite executives.
  • Exhibit autonomy in project ownership and strategic innovation.
  • Develop scalable global strategies beyond the AMER region.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales strategy or equivalent role.
  • Expertise in analytical techniques using Looker, Hex, or Google Suite.
  • Strong aptitude in defining metrics and deriving actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to executives.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Apps, Salesforce.com, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Proven SQL knowledge and AI fluency with tools like Gemini, ChatGPT, and Claude.
  • International GTM experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual cash compensation ranges from $118,500 to $189,600 USD, including base salary, commission, and bonus targets. Compensation also includes potential equity through RSUs, overtime eligibility for some roles, and a benefits package aimed at employee growth.

Work Arrangement

HubSpot values flexibility and connection. While roles can be remote, some positions require regional in-person onboarding and events. Accommodation requests are considered during the hiring process.
