Manager, Data Quality at HubSpot

At HubSpot, we are building world class Marketing, Sales and Services products that help small and medium size businesses grow better. The Manager, Data Quality will shape and mentor our growing Systems Acceleration & Data Quality team while leading enterprise-wide data quality initiatives.

What You’ll Do

This role focuses on two areas:

• Manage and mentor the Data Quality team in a remote work environment.
• Build psychological safety and encourage career development.
• Communicate effectively and drive change through proactive leadership.

Strategy & Execution

• Partner with cross-functional teams to configure useful systems.
• Monitor market trends and advocate for industry standard data strategies.
• Implement AI-driven data quality solutions and automation.
• Evaluate build versus buy options and drive innovative approaches.

Required Skills

• 6+ years in data management, governance, or quality roles, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Expertise in data quality tools such as Experian, Atlan, Informatica DQ, Collibra, Talend, or Ataccama.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management and sales systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI and machine learning for data profiling and anomaly detection.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
