HubSpot Software Engineer Internship and Co-op Program UK

Overview

Program Details

We are offering multiple placements for our 2026 program in EMEA:

• Fall Co-ops: Full time from September - December 2026.
• Summer Internships: Full time from May/June to August 2026.
• Industrial Placements: A full time placement starting in June/July 2026 for a minimum of 9 months (up to 12 months).

Technology & Projects

You will work across a diverse technology stack including:

• Back End: Java 11, REST APIs, Dropwizard, Kafka, MySQL, Spark, and AWS.
• Front End: React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), Sass, and HubSpot’s design system (Canvas).
• Data & Infrastructure: Kubernetes, Redis, ElasticSearch, Hadoop, HBase, and ZooKeeper.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should have practical web development experience (mobile apps, web apps, or games) beyond coursework. Top candidates demonstrate curiosity, strong understanding of HubSpot’s culture and products, excellent communication, and the confidence to lead initiatives.

What You Get

As an engineer, you will receive a MacBook Pro 16 and a GitHub Enterprise account on your first day. You will start shipping production code from day one, working closely with your team. Opportunities for in-person office visits may occur depending on business needs.
