About The Team

The Flywheel Product Line is responsible for accelerating HubSpot’s enterprise Flywheel. The Demand Management group drives revenue by refining and routing leads through a dynamic, AI-native system. The team works at the intersection of engineering, data science, machine learning, and Go-to-Market strategies.

In This Role You Will

• Direct a team of about 8 engineers to develop high quality data capabilities.
• Foster an inclusive environment in small cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design and analytics teams.
• Envision, experiment, build, and monitor performance of new features.
• Gain direct exposure to HubSpot’s business operations.

Key Expectations For This Role

• Engineering Lead/Manager with 2+ years in managing and developing engineers.
• Experience growing Technical Leads and acting as a player-coach.
• Proven track record in delivering complex, scalable, distributed systems.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Understanding of fostering Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging.

Tech Stack & Compensation

The primary tech stack is Java with operations in a Cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP). Compensation includes base salary, commission, annual bonus targets, equity options, and potential overtime pay. HubSpot also offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Work Environment

HubSpot values both flexibility and connection. While remote work is supported, engineering team members are required to attend a regional HubSpot office for in-person onboarding and events.
