Role Overview: Customer Success Manager Mid Market

This role focuses on delivering best-in-class service and support to ANZ customers using HubSpot's AI-native tools and Customer Prioritisation Framework (CPF). You will drive customer retention, expansion, and measurable ROI by engaging customers, building strategies, and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own customer growth, delight, and retention for complex accounts.
  • Build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Engage in strategy conversations and develop detailed success plans.
  • Monitor customer health, manage risks, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful customer renewals.
  • Utilize AI, data, and Success Excellence Metrics to scale impact.

Who You Are

You are experienced in managing customer relationships in a SaaS environment with a proven track record of meeting retention and revenue goals. You are tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, business-minded, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
