Overview

HubSpot's Business Systems Analysts contribute to the mission of helping millions of organizations grow better by developing and supporting technology for HubSpot employees. The Partner Systems & Automation team is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to manage and scale internal systems for our partner programs, with a focus on the App Partner Program.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert in our systems and identify pain points.
  • Drive efficiency and scale improvements through low/no-code automation and AI.
  • Collaborate with business partners, PMs, and engineers to find optimal solutions.
  • Define requirements with stakeholders and align with business strategies.
  • Build customized solutions on in-house and third-party applications.
  • Spec, build, and monitor system integrations and coordinate testing.
  • Leverage data for identifying high-impact areas.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related field.
  • Experience with third-party systems implementation and low-code/no-code automations.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, integration, ETLs, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience integrating AI Model APIs and workflow automation tools.
  • Strong communication, organization skills, and technical acumen.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual cash compensation ranges from 57,600 to 86,400 USD, with additional benefits including bonuses, equity, and flexible work arrangements.

Work Environment

HubSpot supports both remote work and in-person connections through regional office onboarding and product group events.
