About the Role: Business Development Representative Nordic Market
As a Business Development Representative, you will strategically prospect and engage “good fit” companies within the Nordic market. This involves leveraging HubSpot’s existing leads and generating new interest through effective calls, emails, and social media messaging. Your primary goal is to understand prospect business challenges, determine if HubSpot offers a viable solution, and concisely communicate its value to gain interest in further discussions with an Account Executive.
You will work closely with 2-3 Account Executives, collaborating daily with them and your BDR peers to develop innovative strategies for uncovering new opportunities and achieving your monthly goals.
What are the responsibilities of a Business Development Representative?
- Conduct high volume prospecting to identify qualified leads, including new users and potential customers.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans.
- Schedule online product demonstrations for qualified leads, ensuring monthly goals are consistently met.
- Understand customers’ needs and challenges by utilizing established sales methodologies, such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Carry out market research to broaden HubSpot's customer base.
