Role Overview
As an Account Executive, Small Business, you will use inbound and outbound selling strategies to find new business, run online demos, nurture prospects, and successfully communicate the HubSpot value proposition mainly for small sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer challenges and match them with inbound marketing solutions.
- Consistently close new business meeting or exceeding your quota.
- Nurture relationships with qualified small and mid-sized companies.
- Collaborate internally with marketing and technology teams to refine sales strategies.
- Contribute ideas to shape the future of HubSpot’s mission.
Role Requirements
- Based in the Republic of Ireland for a remote opportunity.
- 1+ years of Business Development or Closing Sales experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Excellent consultative selling and closing skills.
- Strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
