Account Executive Mid-Market at HubSpot
This role is hired on an ongoing basis, with target start dates in April 2026 and beyond. Your application will be reviewed for alignment with current or future openings.
As a Growth Specialist (Account Executive) on the Mid-Market sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing good-fit prospects. Leveraging strong consultative selling skills, you will manage a balance of warm inbound leads and self-sourced leads for your pipeline. This role also involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and contribute to HubSpot’s mission.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Position the value of HubSpot’s software and the Inbound methodology to medium-sized businesses.
- Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey, demonstrating how HubSpot can foster their business growth.
- Identify and prospect into good-fit accounts, regardless of their prior HubSpot knowledge or experience.
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers.
- Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if HubSpot represents a strategic investment for their growth.
- Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level.
- Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements or new products.
- Contribute your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance HubSpot’s values, unique culture, and vision.
- Work with and develop business development representatives who support pipeline opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications For The Account Executive Mid-Market
- 3+ years of relevant full-cycle sales experience.
- Proven ability in prospecting and closing net new business.
- Strong hunter mentality.
- Experience with cross-selling/up-selling to current customers.
- Proficiency in multi-approach outbound methods for new business generation.
