Job Summary

The Investment Administration Officer plays a key role within HUB24’s Investment Operations team. This role focuses on accurate and timely processing of cash transactions and investment activities, supporting high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Cash Reconciliation & Settlements: Reconcile and settle cash received into custody accounts.
  • Suspense Allocations: Follow up on unallocated EFT and Superstream deposits.
  • Return of Funds: Process returns of unallocated cash to remitters.
  • Member Contribution File: Collate and send contribution data to Super Admin.
  • Bulk Transaction Processing: Handle daily deposits and withdrawals.
  • Retail Insurance: Import retail cover and debit premiums monthly.
  • Term Deposit Processing: Place bulk investment orders.
  • Additional Support: Assist with corporate actions, asset reconciliation, model portfolio administration, and fund manager service reviews.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in financial services, with cash operations experience highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Australian securities, managed funds, and settlement processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Client-focused with a commercial mindset.
  • Agile, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
