Assistant Manager, Administration (Corporate Services)

HSITP Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Administration to oversee daily corporate services operations.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily corporate services operations, including reception and front‑of‑house.
  • Supervise outsourced service providers and ensure quality performance.
  • Coordinate facilities management: office maintenance, cleaning, and health & safety compliance.
  • Support staff onboarding/offboarding logistics and assist with procurement and expense tracking.
  • Maintain administrative and asset records and participate in annual inventory stock take.
  • Contribute to special projects (office relocations, workspace optimization, sustainability initiatives) and support company events.

Requirements

  • Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines.
  • Around 5–6 years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role; large corporation experience preferred.
