Transformation Project Manager - Role Summary
As a Transformation Project Manager, you will lead end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives that drive business efficiency, regulatory compliance, and digital innovation. You will manage projects from concept through implementation, working closely with business, technology, and external partners to deliver measurable outcomes aligned with organizational priorities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from ideation, design, build, testing, and deployment to post-production support
- Define and manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Drive process design and re-engineering, ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal compliance requirements
- Oversee UAT, SIT, and production readiness, ensuring quality and seamless rollout
- Manage stakeholder engagement across senior leadership, business teams, and technology partners
- Embed sustainable processes, ensuring operational readiness and long-term adoption
- Lead vendor and partner management, including consulting firms and fintech collaborations
- Ensure alignment with organizational strategy, values, and transformation priorities

- Regulatory & Reporting Transformation: Automation of regulatory reporting and incident management (RegTech / TransTech initiatives)
