We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Data and Analytics Specialist In this role, you will:- Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Knowledge Graph solutions using Ontologies, LPG, and RDF graphs for Enterprise Metadata management
- Define technical strategy and roadmap for graph-based data management and AI initiatives
- Own end-to-end technical delivery of complex, multi-workstream projects supporting regulatory compliance (BCBS 239, IRR, etc.)
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and best practices for graph-based solutions
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
- Drive execution with urgency while maintaining quality and architectural integrity
- Partner with Risk, Compliance, Data Governance, and Business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Present technical proposals and solutions to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- 10+ years of relevant technical experience in enterprise software development with at least 4+ years in leadership roles
- Deep subject matter expertise in Knowledge Graph technologies including Ontology design, LPG (Labeled Property Graphs), and RDF (Resource Description Framework)
- Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale graph database solutions (FalkorDB, Neo4j, Neptune, RDF4J, etc.)
- Strong understanding of semantic web technologies, SPARQL, OWL, and extensive experience in metadata management, data lineage, and data governance
- Expert-level proficiency in full-stack development with modern frameworks and cloud-native architecture (Preferred- GCP)
- Strong hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and expert programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams (5-15 members) in complex enterprise environments with proven delivery track record
- Strong planning, estimation, and project management capabilities with experience in agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD implementations
