Role Overview
The US Senior Marketing Manager Business and Brand Experiences is pivotal in shaping, delivering, and optimizing internal and external event strategies. Working within the US Brand and Corporate and Institutional Banking Marketing team, you will develop high-impact events that drive brand positioning, client engagement, and commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute internal & external event strategy in line with CIB & Brand objectives.
- Create strategic platforms and scalable event toolkits for consistent delivery.
- Manage end-to-end execution, including planning, creative development, and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for content production and stakeholder alignment.
- Deliver employee experiences that strengthen trust and align with HSBC values.
Qualifications
- Proven commercial marketing experience in global banking or financial services.
- Expertise in planning and delivering large-scale, high-profile events.
- Experience in virtual, hybrid, and in-person event formats.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and budget negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
