What You Will Do
- Manage and lead by example the coverage team to meet business targets and ensure a first-class experience for HSBC clients.
- Grow portfolio revenue and profitability from both new and existing customers.
- Strive to provide best-in-class financing solutions for our clients.
- Be accountable for all local governance, including maintaining strong engagement with risk stewards as part of our risk management agenda.
- Collaborate with other HSBC stakeholders worldwide, delivering key Group strategic initiatives at a local level.
- Effectively manage operational, regulatory, Financial Crime, reputational, and sustainability risks.
What You Bring
- Role holder must be located in Israel with fluent business English and Hebrew.
- Relevant academic degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of banking experience working with international customers.
- Proven track record in building strong, longstanding relationships with big business clients, revenue generation, business development, and negotiation skills.
- Significant experience in leading a team and achieving performance targets.
- Extensive experience in managing complex financing deals.
- Significant credit analysis knowledge and capabilities.
- Extensive network across key activity sectors within the Israeli market.
- Experience in managing a composite risk agenda.
- Positive attitude, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal capabilities with peers, colleagues, and managers.
