Overview

HSBC, a global banking and financial services leader, is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. In this hybrid role based in Pune, MH, IN, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of load balancing technologies using F5 products, including LTM, AWAF modules and NGINX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage deep knowledge of F5 products and automation.
  • Design, develop and test automation workflows and pipelines.
  • Provide platform support and maintenance, including technical documentation.
  • Train and mentor junior team members.
  • Interpret user requirements and translate technical details into user-friendly communication.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience with F5 products including AS3 automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting with SevOne, Splunk and NNM.
  • Proficiency with GitHub, Jenkins and Jira.
  • Good understanding of networks, DNS, routing, switching and firewalls.
  • Coding skills in Python and Ansible; AWS deployment experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
  • Availability for out-of-hours work including planned change activities.
