We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Analyst.In This Role, You Will
- Lead on reporting and insights to deliver clear, actionable MI for UK Technology stakeholders, GCIO, and business partners.
- Lead the development and reporting of the UK CIO Scorecard, escalating progress and risks to the UK CIO and UK Technology ExCo.
- Facilitate monthly performance reviews between the UK CIO and Service Line CIOs, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent supporting materials.
- Collaborate with metric owners to set and adjust targets, incorporating boundary and scope changes as required.
- Drive consistency and quality across MI and reporting artefacts, promoting the adoption of strategic tools and automation.
- Provide day-to-day governance support for the UK CIO, ensuring risk, control, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Support the coordination and management of UK CIO governance forums and leadership meetings, driving actions to completion and maintaining decision logs.
- Prepare the UK CIO for key meetings, including with suppliers, customers, and regulators.
- Oversee administration for external events, off-sites, and travel.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, Global Businesses, and Group Functions.
- Provide analysis and support for regulatory queries, audits, and stakeholder management.
- Champion diversity and inclusion across the Technology function.
- Ensure effective meeting management, including preparation of briefing notes, action tracking, and forward planning.
- Maintain and document SMF24 accountability, including Statements of Responsibilities and regulatory alignment.
- Monitor functional performance against targets, escalating risks as appropriate.
- Provide data analytics, MI, and reporting for strategic programme delivery.
