We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will be a Highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead having overall experience of more than 10 years with a focus on leadership, project management, GCP, and service management. As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding our technical team to deliver exceptional results.Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the technical team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Take ownership of project management, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Demonstrate expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), utilizing its various services and tools to drive efficient and effective solutions.
- Implement and maintain service management practices, ensuring optimal service delivery, incident management, and problem resolution.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the engineering practice.
- Mentor and coach team members in application architecture, data management, and AI technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role, showcasing exceptional leadership and project management skills.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools like GCE, GCS, BigQuery, AirFlow, Cloud SQL, PubSub/Kafka, DataFlow and Google Cloud SDK.
- Strong experience in Java, JavaScript, Python, Shell script, and RDBMS.
- Knowledge and understanding of Hadoop, Big Data, NiFi/Kafka, and Terraform script.
- Prompt engineering and hands-on experience with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and similar platforms. Exposure to AI concepts or participation in AI-related projects is considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of service management principles, with experience in incident management and problem resolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in GCP and project management are highly desirable.
