We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Fund Administration Processor.

In This Role, You Will

  • Continuously deliver within the specified time limit with minimum or no errors, completing all assigned fund activities within set time limits and ensuring delivery to stakeholders within the PLA.
  • Meet work-related challenges with zeal and professionalism in a professional working environment. Process training and necessary guidance will be provided by the Line Manager on an ongoing basis.
  • Operate as an individual contributor, with no team reporting to this role.
  • Work within the orbit of the Investment Operations/German FA’s strategic plan.
  • Continually reassess operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, considering changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
  • Ensure all actions account for the likelihood of operational risk occurring and address concerns with line management and/or the appropriate department.
  • Adhere to internal controls by following all relevant procedures, keeping appropriate records, and timely implementing internal and external audit points, including issues raised by external regulators.

To Be Successful You Will

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other qualifications relevant to the accounting/finance industry.
  • Have 0-2 years of relevant accounting work experience.
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of Capital Markets and Financial instruments.
  • Exhibit basic knowledge in accounting principles and fundamentals of Accounting.
  • Be proficient in one or more accounting platforms – ICON, SimCorp Dimension, TLM, Vortex.
  • Be proficient in EXCEL (essential).
  • Possess the ability to speak and understand English.
  • Display good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Be organized and detail-oriented.
