Role Overview: Executive Assistant
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a senior or executive manager (GCB 3 and above) or designated group. You will manage confidential administrative duties, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting organization, while producing accurate reports, letters, and presentations.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support for senior executives.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
- Prepare letters, reports, memoranda, and presentations.
- Maintain department records and handle confidential information.
