Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Identify efficiency and automation levers in key processes
- Implement targeted action plans for sustainable improvement
- Support team competency development, especially in patrimonial expertise
- Optimize operations quality and manage risks
- Drive continuous improvement for client satisfaction
- Engage with management teams and various departments
- Conduct process diagnostics, mapping, and post-implementation monitoring
- Draft functional specifications for system upgrades
Requirements
Candidates should have a background in project management, quality management or process engineering. Certification in Six Sigma or Lean methods is a plus. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within insurance or wealth management is preferred. Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel and Access, is essential. A logical, analytical mindset with strong organizational and interpersonal skills is required.
