About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP - Digital Innovation and Transformation.
In This Role, You Will Be
- Partner with Asset Management business leaders to shape transformation roadmaps.
- Translate strategic priorities into target-state solution architectures.
- Define automation-led operating models and digital enablement frameworks.
- Provide architectural governance across multiple programs.
- Develop and own High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low Level Design (LLDs), integration diagrams, and solution blueprints.
- Architect cross-platform solutions covering workflow, data, reporting, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Appian, ServiceNow (workflow use cases), UiPath, Blue Prism, Power Automate Desktop, Alteryx, Python-based automation.
- Architect Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Intelligence (AI / ML) enabled process automation, Document intelligence / Optical Character Recognition (OCR) solutions, GenAI-enabled productivity use cases, Chatbots & conversational automation.
- Align solutions with regulatory frameworks.
- Participate in Architecture Review Boards.
- Ensure documentation traceability and audit readiness.
- Embed controls and monitoring into solution design.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Business, IT, Risk, and Operations.
- Mentor automation leads and solution designers.
- Lead vendor/platform evaluations where required.
To Be Successful You Will
- Bachelor’s in Technology (B.Tech) and Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent experience.
- 8-10+ years overall, with 4-5 years of experience in BFSI industry preferably in Asset management.
- Minimum 4–5 years hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) / Intelligent Automation.
- Experience of working in a global environment with distributed business users and IT resources.
- Strong communication skills to interact with Senior stakeholders.
- Deep analytical skills and eye for the detail.
