About the Role
Join HSBC's International Wealth & Premier Banking team and unlock new professional opportunities. In this role as Assistant Manager Overseas Indian Business - South India, you will engage with new and existing corporate clients, focusing on acquiring New-to-Bank (NTB) overseas Indian opportunities while ensuring compliance with KYC and AML policies.
Principal Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire NTB overseas Indian opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with KYC and AML policies.
- Plan and execute localized marketing events and promotions.
- Collaborate with Branch Banking, Commercial Banking, and Corporate Salary teams.
- Maintain accurate call reports and business MIS records.
- Resolve GCEP complaints with urgency and professionalism.
- Deliver fair outcomes for customers with integrity.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to manage client relationships. Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
