Job Description
Overview
HSBC is seeking an Analyst to join the Corporate and Institutional Banking COO team in Bangalore. This role supports the UK Innovation Bank by providing dedicated Business Performance & Delivery support and key strategic initiatives execution across the global business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Business Performance & Delivery activities with strategic insights.
- Partner with stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and prepare presentations.
- Manage BAU reporting tasks such as Omnia, client reporting, and business planning.
- Maintain key internal relationships with bankers, CCO, HR, and Comms.
- Monitor client risk management activities at portfolio level.
- Carry out ad-hoc tasks and deliver within timelines.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in Omnia, CME, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to distil data into key themes and issues.
- Basic knowledge of automation or advanced data analytics tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Highly motivated, strong work ethic and team player.
