We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Agile Delivery Manager.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and progress.
  • Drive automation initiatives by developing automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and deployment processes.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to a team of developers, engineers, and other technical professionals, setting clear objectives and performance goals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managing and coordinating responses to incidents and service disruptions, orchestrating cross-functional teams to restore services and minimize impact to customers.
  • Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues as necessary to ensure resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize backlog items and refine requirements for upcoming sprints.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Graduation in technology (B.E, B.Tech & Above) with 6+ years of IT experience.
  • Proven experience in Delivery management, Agile Team Leader, in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing and resolving complex technical incidents under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality, automated solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
