MISSION & IMPACT
Mission
As a Hotel Experience Manager - protected category 68/99, you are the primary operational contact for hotel partners. You ensure an outstanding partner experience by delivering operational excellence, providing consultative support, and enabling hotels to maximize their performance through the HRS 5S Framework and HRS technology solutions.

You directly contribute to partner satisfaction, operational efficiency, and commercial growth by helping hotels improve availability, pricing, content quality, and adoption of HRS solutions. Your work strengthens long-term partnerships while ensuring a seamless experience for both hotels and corporate travelers.
What you'll own:
Hotel Partner Success
Serve as the daily operational contact for HRS hotel partners, ensuring excellent support and service delivery.
Build trusted relationships with hotel partners through proactive communication and consultative guidance.
Manage inbound support requests and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Partner Enablement & Onboarding
Lead the technical onboarding and training of new hotel partners to ensure a smooth and fast go-to-market.
Support hotel participation in HRS Labelling, Classifications, Corporate RFPs, and CCR Procurement initiatives.
Train partners on HRS solutions, including the HRS VPAY platform.
Performance Consulting
Proactively advise hotel partners on improving performance through the HRS 5S Framework.
Help optimize pricing, availability, content quality, and overall commercial performance.
Prioritize partner requests based on business impact and strategic importance.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with regional Hotel Account Executives and internal teams to ensure seamless partner support.
Collaborate across Product, Operations, Customer Success, and other business units to resolve complex challenges.
Identify opportunities for automation and continuously improve processes and operational efficiency.
Who you are:
Registered under Italian Law 68/99 (Categorie Protette)
Commercial education in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience in hotel operations, customer service, account management, or partner success within the hospitality, travel, SaaS, or B2B environment.
Good understanding of the hospitality industry and business travel ecosystem.
Strong communication and consulting skills with the ability to understand customer needs and recommend value-driven solutions.
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a commercial mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong ownership.
Adaptable and eager to continuously improve processes and challenge the status quo.
Italian speaker with professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
