About the role
Implementation Specialist Bilingual - HR4 Ltd.
Are you a bilingual project leader who loves the moment a new customer goes live — and the relationship that follows? HR4 is hiring an Implementation Specialist to own the launch experience for new customers, and to stay close to those customers as they grow with the platform. You'll pick up where Sales leaves off, run the implementation end-to-end, get the customers live and trained, and remain a familiar face for them as they settle in. You will handle multiple implementations in parallel, have real ownership, and a direct line to the people who build the product.

What You'll Do
- Meet with Sales at deal close to gather discovery notes and customer requirements, and own the handoff into implementation.
- Build a tailored project plan for each new customer — milestones, configuration tasks, training, and a target go-live date.
- Configure HR4 to fit each customer's workflows — pay structures, compliance, org setup, and Health & Safety needs.
- Run pre-launch quality checks to confirm the customer environment has the right data, documents, and workflows in place.
- Run live bilingual training sessions for HR managers and end-users, and create the supporting documentation they need to be self-sufficient at go-live.
- Communicate proactively with customers throughout the build, securing sign-off at key milestones and at go-live.
- Stay engaged with key stakeholders after launch to nurture the relationship, drive adoption, and support retention.
- Keep customers up to date on new platform enhancements and updates relevant to their setup.
- Encourage happy customers to share reviews and references once they're comfortable on the platform.
- Provide live chat support as needed, particularly during the early-life period after a customer goes live.
- Surface recurring implementation friction back to Product, Engineering, and leadership so each launch is smoother than the last.
- Report regular progress updates to the Implementation Manager.
