About the role

Human Resources Business Partner

Our client in the technology sector is looking to recruit an experienced HR professional for a newly created HR Business Partner vacancy. This is a fantastic opportunity to set up the HR function of an expanding organization.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supporting business leaders and managers in strategic HR issues and translating business goals into HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Guiding managers in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
  • Coordinating and advising on the recruitment processes to ensure the right people are in the right place.
  • Identifying training and development needs and supporting leaders in mentoring their team members.
  • Advising on terms of employment and remuneration structures in line with market developments and organizational policy.
  • Supporting the manager in conducting salary interviews.
  • Guiding managers and employees through changes within the organization, including organizational restructuring, culture change, and implementing new HR policies.
  • Actively supporting the management of absenteeism, developing absenteeism policy and offering advice on long-term absenteeism issues.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and procedures, and contribute to the implementation of HR policies.
