HR Acuity is seeking a strategic and self-directed Marketing Campaign Manager. This mid-level role is designed for a fully proficient marketer who is comfortable leading end-to-end campaign initiatives, using data-driven strategies to support HR Acuity’s thought leadership and revenue goals.

The Opportunity

Day in the Life:

  • Campaign Strategy and Execution: Own end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns for HR Acuity.
  • Email Marketing Leadership: Manage outbound email campaigns including nurture programs, newsletters, and product updates.
  • Performance Management: Analyze campaign performance and optimize pipeline generation with data-driven insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Marketing Technology & Operations: Use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and Outreach to drive innovation.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 4 years in marketing with a focus on campaign management in a B2B SaaS context. Experience with ABM technology is a plus.

Skills: Data-driven decision-making, omni-channel marketing, email regulations compliance, excellent writing, project management, and collaboration.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, and tools such as 6Sense, Gong, Outreach, WordPress, and Asana.
