About the Role
HPX Group is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager for a 12-month parental leave contract. This role is crucial in ensuring our people are informed, connected, and aligned with the company's vision, strategy, and values during a period of growth and evolution. You will work closely with senior leaders to support executive communication, bring organizational priorities to life, and build a cohesive corporate narrative.
Your Role Responsibilities
- Support executive and leadership communications, including town halls, group-wide updates, and C-suite messaging.
- Develop and deliver integrated internal communication plans aligned with business strategy.
- Lead content creation across internal channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality.
- Shape and maintain communication standards, cadence, and channel governance.
- Create engaging content to inform, connect, and drive adoption of internal platforms.
- Partner with teams to identify communication opportunities and enhance storytelling.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships and influence best-practice internal communication.
What You’ll Bring
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably within professional services.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering internal communication plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
