Job Description

Oracle Health Nursing Optimization Consultant at HPG

HPG is seeking an experienced Oracle Health Analyst for an upcoming Nursing Workflow Optimization engagement aligned to the Essential Clinical Dataset (EDC). This remote role focuses on bringing documentation back to Model and partnering closely with clinical and IT stakeholders to elevate care delivery.

As an HPG Senior Oracle Health (Cerner) Analyst, you will collaborate with nurses, physicians, and IT teams to optimize Oracle Health solutions—directly influencing patient care, safety, and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

  • Proven design, build, and testing experience in Oracle Health environments.
  • Clinical background preferred, enabling a deeper understanding of nursing workflows.
  • Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables effectively.

Required Oracle Cerner Expertise

  • DTA build (Dynamic Documentation Assistant).
  • PowerForms configuration and optimization.
  • Event Set Hierarchy (ESH) management.
  • iView configuration for clinical documentation.
  • Discern Rules, conditional logic, and tasking implementation.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5+ years of Oracle (Cerner) Clinical & HIT implementation work experience is required.
