The Role: Media Campaign Associate

The Media Campaign Associate supports the planning, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Amazon DSP, The Trade Desk, and DV360. You will assist with campaign setup, audience targeting, creative trafficking, performance monitoring, and reporting while ensuring campaigns align with business objectives and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Support keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance for efficiency.
  • Conduct daily campaign checks and recommend adjustments.
  • Prepare performance reports highlighting key results and insights.
  • Coordinate creative trafficking and ensure timely asset delivery.
  • Partner with analytics teams for tracking setup and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and agencies under guidance.
  • Stay informed on trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies and data privacy regulations.

Education and Experience

A bachelor’s degree is required with 0-1 years of digital marketing or paid media experience. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without needing future sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range is $58,000 to $72,500 annually with additional opportunities for bonuses and equity. HP offers comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and generous time off policies.
