About the Role
This Business Ops Data Analysis Intern role at HP plays a crucial part in supporting the HP Industrial print department, ideal for individuals passionate about AI and automation, data analysis, dashboard development, operational efficiency, and project coordination. This role involves extensive collaboration with teams to build, improve, and maintain key analytical tools and reports, crucial for effective decision-making. The intern will be engaged in a part-time role (50-60%), requiring strong coordination with global teams with flexibility to different time-zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Funnel Dashboard Development: Define, build, automate, and maintain a dashboard for the sales funnel, focusing on effective data visualization and analysis.
- Business Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain a reliable & comprehensive dashboard adopted by stakeholders to track and report key metrics in the targeted sector.
- Reporting: Deliver accurate, insightful analytical outputs that support business decisions.
- Driving AI transformational projects including AI agents / automation tools.
Requirements
Education
- Currently in Second year of an Industrial Engineering program at a university, or a recent graduate who is pursuing a second degree.
- An advantage will be given to candidates with experience in project management roles.
- Project management courses or certification – advantage.
Technical Skills
- Basic proficiency in data analysis and dashboard development tools.
- Preferred experience in Tableau, Databricks, PowerBI, Python, and GitHub.
Analytical Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Languages & Communication
- Excellent proficiency in English – verbal & written, crucial for effective communication in reporting findings and team collaboration.
- Team player with the ability to drive action without direct authority.
Time Management
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
