Role Overview

This high-impact role is for the first UK-based Product Manager joining a talented Product team in Mumbai. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape and deliver our product vision and drive innovation and growth across UK and international markets.

Responsibilities

  • Product Ownership: Manage the product roadmap, user stories, stakeholder buy-in, and prioritisation with a clear focus on delivering outcomes.
  • Data-Driven Innovation: Use data insights to identify opportunities for improving customer experience and driving product adoption.
  • Delivery & Execution: Work autonomously through the backlog to deliver features promptly and efficiently.
  • Performance & Iteration: Define key metrics, monitor performance post-launch and iterate for improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Customer Success, and Development teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate product updates to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in a tech company, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Entrepreneurial leadership with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making using growth frameworks (e.g. AARRR).
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with understanding of UK and international markets.
  • Familiarity with UK/EU compliance, data privacy, and security requirements.
