About the 2026 Summer Internship at Howmet Aerospace
Howmet Aerospace is a global leader in advanced engineered solutions. This internship program offers 10-14 weeks of structured, hands-on training with plant tours, seminars, networking events, speaker sessions, and a project that adds direct value to the business.
Responsibilities
Interns will gain exposure to a range of functions including Accounting/Finance, Manufacturing/Automation, Process Ownership, Metallurgical Services, Maintenance, and IT.
Internship Details
At the conclusion of the program, interns will present their projects to plant managers, supervisors, and mentors. This program is a pathway to future entry-level opportunities at Howmet Aerospace.
Basic and Preferred Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum completion of Sophomore level coursework.
- 3.0 GPA or above for specific roles.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
