Role: Finance Manager

Reporting to the Financial Controller and based in Sydney, the Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in our finance team. This role offers exposure to core areas including financial control, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly income reports
  • Gather and report group data via OneStream
  • Reconcile general ledgers and prepare financial statements
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting and year-end book closure
  • Coordinate with external auditors and response to government reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements
  • Prepare adhoc reports as required by management

About You

You are a CA or CPA-qualified accountant with at least 5 years’ experience. You have a strong technical foundation in financial accounting, reporting and internal controls, paired with excellent communication and leadership skills.
