Key Objectives

• Maintain and update product information across multiple e-commerce platforms with precision and timeliness.
• Support the e-commerce team by managing data entry tasks that enhance product visibility and customer engagement.
• Ensure consistency and quality of product data to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update product details including descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory status on various e-commerce platforms.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies by cross-checking with internal databases and supplier information.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure product listings align with current promotions and campaigns.
• Monitor and manage large volumes of product data to meet deadlines and maintain data integrity.
• Assist in generating reports related to product data and inventory status as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance data entry workflows.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in data entry, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon Seller Central) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
