Role Overview

As a Product Manager II - Comms at Housecall Pro, you drive the expansion and growth of our products by working closely with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders. You are expected to define product vision, develop strategic roadmaps, and collaborate to deliver innovative, user-friendly software.

What you do each day

  • Think: Identify market opportunities, define product vision, and analyse data.
  • Explore: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate solutions.
  • Plan: Create and communicate roadmaps and manage day-to-day operations.
  • Build: Drive feature development and maintain momentum with stakeholders.
  • Launch & Learn: Execute launches, measure performance, and iterate rapidly.

Qualifications

Candidates should have 3+ years in product management, a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and familiarity with growth stack tools such as Amplitude, Segment, and LaunchDarkly. Experience with communications products like SMS, Voice, and Email coupled with strong UX, agile, and data analysis skills is essential.

You are naturally vigilant regarding guidelines and risk, able to balance technical trade-offs with clear communication. Success in this role requires strong project management skills, customer empathy, and the ability to handle multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
