House of Web3 is building a place where people across Web3 can connect, collaborate, learn, and help move the industry forward. We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager who knows how to create the right connections between ecosystems, communities, founders, contributors, and projects — and turn those connections into meaningful momentum. This role is for someone who is already comfortable navigating Web3 environments and understands that strong partnerships in this space are not built through cold outreach alone. They come from credibility, timing, context, aligned incentives, and a real feel for what different ecosystems care about. You will help grow House of Web3 by building relationships with protocol teams, community operators, ecosystem partners, founders, event collaborators, and other high-signal participants across the space.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage partnerships with Web3 protocols, communities, ecosystem teams, founders, and aligned organizations.
• Identify collaboration opportunities that strengthen the quality, visibility, and relevance of House of Web3.
• Bring in the right partners for events, activations, educational sessions, founder gatherings, and community initiatives.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships across different ecosystems and stakeholder groups.
• Represent House of Web3 in partnership conversations with credibility and strong market awareness.
• Help shape collaboration formats that create genuine value for both partners and members.
• Work closely with community, growth, and programming to turn partnerships into strong participation and lasting engagement.
• Track what matters across ecosystems and convert it into timely partnership opportunities.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in partnerships, business development, ecosystem growth, or community-facing roles in Web3.
• Strong understanding of how protocols, communities, contributors, and ecosystem teams operate.
• Ability to build trust quickly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Good instinct for where attention, conviction, and participation are forming across Web3.
• High ownership and comfort working in a remote environment.
• Genuine familiarity with the culture, pace, and signals of the industry.
• Ability to recognize the difference between surface-level noise and meaningful ecosystem alignment.

Nice to have

• Existing relationships across protocols, L2s, founder communities, infrastructure teams, media, or event ecosystems.
• Experience working with token-gated communities, governance environments, community-led growth, or wallet-based access flows.
• Experience organizing or supporting partnership-driven events, ecosystem campaigns, or community activations.
• Strong understanding of how users, contributors, and communities move between products, ecosystems, and events.
