Overview
The UK Parliament is seeking a Heritage Collections Information Assistant for the Strategic Estates team at House of Commons. In this role, you will help manage three nationally and internationally significant collections: the Parliamentary Art Collection, Historic Furniture and Decorative Arts, and Architectural Fabric.
Responsibilities
You will improve and streamline collection documentation, support data cleansing, and prepare data for migration to a new Collections Management System (CMS). Responsibilities include:
- Enhancing information accuracy and standardisation
- Aligning documentation with SPECTRUM standards
- Collaborating across the Parliamentary Estate and storage facilities
