The Opportunity: Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Influencer
Hourglass Cosmetics is seeking a forward-thinking, dynamic Senior Marketing Manager, Brand & Influencer to spearhead Brand, Influencer, and Communications initiatives across the UKI & EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be an agile, culturally-attuned storyteller with robust experience in brand marketing, influencer strategy, social media, and communications. This role demands a highly organised, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and reports directly to the VP, Marketing UKI & EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated Influencer + Communications strategies to enhance brand desirability, awareness, and equity, maintaining a luxury positioning across earned and owned channels.
- Lead influencer marketing strategy and campaigns for multiple markets, from talent identification and negotiation to content guidance, activation, and performance reporting.
- Manage influencer programs, paid partnerships, and ambassador relationships; identify and scale new opportunities to innovate and diversify brand reach.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key editors, creators, VIPs, agents, and cultural tastemakers.
- Collaborate with the VP Marketing to formulate and implement PR strategies aligned with brand vision, product priorities, and commercial goals.
- Oversee the execution of exclusive press & influencer events, product launches, and experiential activations, ensuring exceptional brand storytelling, earned media, and strong attendance.
- Support annual and seasonal budget planning with data-driven insights and post-campaign learnings.
- Work closely with Trade Marketing to deliver impactful content and programming that supports commercial performance across UKI & EMEA partners.
- Monitor cultural and market trends across beauty, fashion, luxury, and digital media, translating insights into strategic brand opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of brand channel specialists.
- Establish and track performance KPIs across influencer, communications, brand partnerships, and events.
- Partner cross-functionally with global and regional counterparts to ensure strategic alignment and consistency.

- 7+ years’ experience in brand and influencer/communications marketing within luxury beauty, fashion, or premium lifestyle.
- Proven track record of driving impactful brand growth and commercial results in an omni-channel environment.
- Strong professional network spanning influencers, editors, agents, and cultural partners.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills; positive, proactive, and self-starting.
- Highly analytical with significant experience in reporting campaign performance and insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent field.
