Bartender

Position Summary

Our Bartender role at Hotels AI focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences, going beyond simply mixing drinks. We seek beverage enthusiasts who stay ahead of trends, embrace micro-local offerings, and proactively meet evolving guest needs. As the host of the space, you'll extend your ownership of guest service beyond the bar, ensuring the bar looks and functions flawlessly.

You will build crucial relationships across the hotel and within the community to anticipate and deliver on guest expectations. Passion for guest service is paramount, coupled with an keen eye for detail in managing transactions, providing accurate guest information, and maintaining drink quality.

Success in this role requires a commitment to a safe workplace, adherence to company policies, asset protection, confidentiality, and professional appearance. Bartenders must be physically capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving/lifting objects up to 25 pounds, including bending, twisting, and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
