Job Description
Position Summary
As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for completing all opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and securing the premises. You will ensure your work areas are consistently stocked, maintained, and clean, managing ice, glassware, and paper supplies, and removing soiled wares. Adherence to company and safety policies is paramount, requiring prompt reporting of unsafe conditions and completion of safety training. Maintaining a professional appearance and protecting company assets are also key. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests according to Hotels AI standards, anticipating their service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and expressing genuine appreciation. Professional communication and fostering positive team relationships to achieve common goals are essential, ensuring quality expectations are met. The role requires the ability to read information in various formats, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move objects up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity, balance on uneven surfaces, and reaching in all directions are also necessary to perform requested duties.
