About the Role
The Senior Product Designer at Hostaway is responsible for leading design projects from discovery through delivery, including post-launch data tracking and analysis. You will champion design thinking by collaborating with product management, designers, engineers, customer success, sales, marketing, and key stakeholders to deliver user-centric, impactful solutions.
This role emphasizes empathy, user research, and storytelling to uncover user needs and product gaps, ensuring consistency and quality across all devices and platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the complete design process from research to delivery.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs.
- Organize workshops for idea generation and team alignment.
- Create polished interactive mockups and prototypes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain the design system and product ecosystem.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in a B2B/B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience designing for multiple devices with seamless experiences.
- Proficiency in design thinking, visual design, and Figma (especially autolayout).
- Strong skills in research, storytelling, mapping, and blueprinting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile setting.
