The Role: Affiliate Partner Manager
Hostaway is seeking an Affiliate Partner Manager to drive and scale our global Affiliate programs, while also supporting other key partner initiatives. This fully remote role, based in North America, will focus on managing a defined segment of partner relationships and programs that directly contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across teams, and can own execution from onboarding to optimization. There's an opportunity for this role to evolve into overseeing Reseller partnerships.
Your Mission
- Lead and manage global affiliate partner programs, including acquisition, onboarding, and performance tracking.
- Develop partner incentives and marketing programs in collaboration with partners.
- Work with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to streamline workflows, track data, and support promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on partner performance, lead quality, and revenue.
- Ensure accurate partner payouts, attribution, and a positive partner experience.
- Maintain and update all program documentation and partner-facing materials.
Job Requirements
Must-Haves
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or partner marketing.
- Proven ability to manage complex partner relationships and programs.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (especially Sheets and Excel), and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, PartnerStack).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in the hospitality, SaaS, or marketplace industries.
- Background in referral, affiliate, or influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with process automation and building dashboards/reports.
- Demonstrated success in scaling partner onboarding and enablement processes.
